In 1983, Umberto Pastorelli, alongside his wife, began selling specialized products at national competitions in Italy.

Later, Umberto himself began producing classic half-shoes and then streamlined the production of jump ropes. Over time, the company gained increasing popularity among athletes.

 After the founder's passing, his son Giuseppe took over the business. With the support of his mother and sisters, he transformed the small family business into a large company, Pastorelli Sport, which leads in Italian, European, and global rhythmic gymnastics.
