CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

IF THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT
If an item purchased from ProDanceShop does not fit for any reason (size, shape, style, color, or set), you may request an exchange or return in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws:
• In-store purchases: within 14 days from the date of purchase
• Online orders: within 14 days from the date the item is received
IF A DEFECT IS FOUND
If a manufacturing defect is discovered after purchase, you are entitled to an exchange or return under the following conditions:

• Within the warranty period
• Within 30 days from the purchase date (for in-store purchases)
• Within 30 days from the delivery date (for online orders)
All returns and exchanges are processed in compliance with UAE legislation.
We strongly recommend checking the item immediately upon receipt or at the store checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• The item has not been used or worn
• The original appearance and consumer properties are fully preserved
• All labels, tags, seals, and original packaging are intact
• The item shows no signs of damage caused after purchase
• Proof of purchase is provided (cash receipt for in-store purchases or order confirmation for online orders)
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws, the following items are non-returnable:
• Socks
• Tights and leotards
• Leg warmers and ankle protectors
• Underwear (bras, panties, swimsuits)
• Hoop wraps
• Ribbons for ballet shoes and pointe shoes
Returns will also be refused if:

• Proof of purchase is not provided
• Labels or tags are missing
• Packaging integrity has been compromised

Understanding Rhythmic Gymnastics Equipment
Rhythmic gymnastics equipment is designed to be lightweight and flexible, but it is important to understand that regular use inevitably leads to wear and even breakage.
This is completely normal and a natural part of the sport.

• Wear and Tear Are Normal: Regular training and performances can cause equipment to show signs of use or even break. This is expected and should not cause concern.
• Proper Care Matters: Understanding that wear and potential breakage are natural helps gymnasts and coaches take proper care of their equipment.
• Replacement and Maintenance: With proper care and occasional replacement of parts, rhythmic gymnastics equipment can be used safely and effectively for a long time.
Certain specialized products are not eligible for exchange or return if operating or care instructions are violated, including:

• Gymnastics ribbons
• Gymnastics sticks
• Gymnastics balls
• Gymnastics hoops
• Gymnastics clubs
❗Please consult your coach before purchasing these items to ensure correct size and specifications.

However, we are not responsible for the manufacturers. ProDanceShop reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
WHERE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store must be returned to the same store. Please inform a consultant, who will inspect the item and assist with the return or exchange process.
ONLINE PURCHASES

For online orders, please contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange. Once the item is received and inspected, our manager will assist you if all return conditions are met.
SHIPPING COSTS

• If the item does not suit you (size, color, style, etc.), return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer
• If the item is defective or an incorrect item was delivered, all shipping costs are covered by ProDanceShop
REFUND POLICY

• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
• Cash payments are refunded in store.
• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed usually within 7 calendar days from the date the store receives the returned item.
Please note that refunds to bank cards may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
