What to do if...
The item does not fit
You can return or exchange an item purchased at ProDanceShop if it doesn't fit for any reason (shape, dimensions, style, color, size, set). In accordance with the law on exchange and return, the item can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in the store or 14 days from the date of receiving the item by mail, in the case of postal delivery.
Defect found
If you discover a defect after purchase, the item can be returned within the warranty period or within 30 days from the date of purchase in the store, or within 30 days from the date of receiving the item by mail, in the case of postal delivery. You have the right to exchange or return the item if it does not meet the requirements of the legislation of the UAE.
We strongly recommend checking the item immediately after receiving it or at the checkout in the store.

retained their full appearance and consumer properties
maintained the integrity of labels, seals, packaging
having a factory defect not received as a result of using the item after purchase
with the presence of a cash receipt (when purchasing at the checkout) or a document confirming the purchase in the online store
Which items are not eligible for return?
In accordance with the law on consumer protection, items of underwear, hosiery, and bulk goods are not subject to return. In the ProDanseShop store, such items include:
- socks
- tights and leotards
- leg warmers, ankle protectors
- underwear - bras, panties, and swimsuits
- hoop wraps
- ribbons for ballet shoes and pointe shoes
Also, items of improper quality cannot be exchanged or returned without a cash receipt or a document confirming the purchase in the online store, without a label and tag, with a violation of the integrity of the packaging.
Specialized items
There is a range of specialized items that are not subject to exchange and return if the rules of operation are violated. These include:
- gymnastics ribbons
- gymnastics balls
Be careful when choosing these items. Be sure to consult with a coach about sizes and other nuances before purchasing. On the website, you can find the necessary characteristics (size, material, color) and recommendations for selection.

ProDanceShop reserves the right to refuse to exchange or return these items if the operating conditions are violated.
Where to return or exchange?
When purchasing an item in a physical store, you can also return it by visiting the store. Inform the consultant that you want to return the item. Employees on-site will inspect the item for damage and arrange a return.
When purchasing an item in the online store, contact customer support and inform us that you want to exchange or return the item. Our manager will accept the item to assess its condition. If all conditions are met and the item is subject to return, the manager will help arrange the return.
Who pays for shipping when exchanging or returning an item?
The delivery of an item purchased in our store and not suitable for you for any reason (shape, dimensions, style, color, size, set) is not compensated by the store and is paid by you. We compensate for the expenses for the delivery and return of an item if a defect is found or the wrong item is delivered.
When and where will the money be refunded?
After the item is returned to the store, in the case of online payment, the funds will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made. If the order was paid in cash, the funds will be returned to the details provided by you in the application form.
The refund is made after receiving the item, checking its condition, and subject to all the above conditions, within 7 сalendar days from the date of receiving the item by the store.
