How to Place an Order

The first and easiest way to place an order on the website

‘’Buy in 1 Click’’ 

The “Buy in 1 Click” option allows you to skip the full ordering process. 

When a consultant contacts you, they will:

• Confirm your order details
• Answer questions about products
• Advise on payment and delivery

You can also:

• Modify your order
• Learn about our loyalty program and get a discount card

The manager will create an updated order, and your items will be sent using your chosen delivery method.

After that, all you need to do is wait for delivery.

How to Place an Order ‘’Buy in 1 Click’’ 

1.Add the desired items to your cart.

2.Go to the Cart page in the top-right corner.

3.Check that all selected items are correct.

4.Click  Buy in 1 Click.

5.Enter your details*: 

Full name, phone number, e-mail. 

Fields marked with * are required.

6.Your order has been placed. You will receive a notification by email. A consultant will contact you shortly.

Placing an Order in Standard Mode

If you are confident in your choice, you can independently place an order by fitting our the form step by step.

Step 1. Click the "Checkout" button.

Step 2. Enter your details*: Full name, email, phone number, delivery country, delivery city, zip code, full address.

⚠️ Important:

Select your country only from the drop-down menu that appears when you click on the Country field.

The available delivery options will change automatically depending on the country you select.

Option 1 — United Arab Emirates

If you select United Arab Emirates, the ZIP code field will be filled in automatically by the system.

Step 3. After filling in all fields, scroll down to the Delivery Methods section.

• By default, Contact Manager will be selected.
• When choosing another delivery option, its description will open automatically.
• Please review the information carefully and select the option that suits you best.

Step.4 After selecting the delivery method that suits you, scroll down to review.

• The total cost of your order.
• Make sure all “I agree” checkboxes are selected.
• Click Checkout to complete your order.

Step.5 Next, the system will redirect you to the payment gateway. Fill in all required payment details.

• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation notification.
• You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.
• Our consultant will contact you before your order is shipped to confirm all details.

Option 2 -International Countries

If you select any country outside the United Arab Emirates, you must manually enter the correct ZIP/Postal Code in the ZIP code field.

Please make sure all details are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

Step 3. After filling in all fields, scroll down to the Delivery Methods section.

• By default, Contact Manager will be selected.
• When choosing another delivery option, its description will open automatically.
• Please review the information carefully and select the option that suits you best.

Step.4 After selecting the delivery method that suits you, scroll down to review.

• The total cost of your order.
• Please check the shipping cost
• Make sure all “I agree” checkboxes are selected.
• Click Checkout to complete your order.

What to do if the Delivery field shows

“Not calculated”:

Step.5 Next, the system will redirect you to the payment gateway. Fill in all required payment details.

• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation notification.
• You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been placed.
• Our consultant will contact you before your order is shipped to confirm all details.

You have successfully placed your order.
