RGM Community is not just a community, but a family where every gymnast can unleash their potential and overcome any challenges. The main mission of the community is to help participants achieve their goals faster and brighter, as well as to develop and popularize rhythmic gymnastics.
As part of its mission, the community actively collaborates with experienced coaches, conducts workshops with invited experts, and organizes competitions at the global level. RGM Community strives to contribute to the success of athletes and attract attention to sports on a global scale.
Principles of the community:
Transparency, openness, democracy, respect for the opinion of each member of the community, support, and development of the talent of each member. The community adheres to the principles of responsibility and determination, supporting athletes in their quest to achieve high results in rhythmic gymnastics. According to the values of the community, each member appreciates and respects the uniqueness of every individual and strives to create a safe and friendly atmosphere for open exchange of experiences, knowledge, and ideas. The community supports diversity and inclusivity, welcoming participants of all ages, nationalities, religions, social, and economic statuses. Thus, RGM Community strives for constant development and improvement of its activities to become more effective in supporting and developing talent in rhythmic gymnastics.
