We deliver all across UAE: 

1. FREE DELIVERY within UAE on orders over 200 dhs.

2. DELIVERY within UAE – 20 dhs

DELIVERY IN MIDDLE EAST:

We deliver all across GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia):

1. Shipping and handling costs for countries of GCC depend on the total weight of your order. You will see the exact amount at the checkout.

DELIVERY TIME: 

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns* within 14 days of receipt by the Customer (if purchased in our store in Dubai) or 14 days of receipt by the Customer by the courier service (if ordered online).

*Underwear items are not subject for return.  

We accept RETURNS:

• If the product was not used before

• If the product was not damaged after opening the delivery package

• If the product was damaged during shipping

• If the return form was properly filled and attached to the returned product

Please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service. The Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. We will only refund your shipping cost if the store sent you the wrong product other then specification in the order form or a product with mill defect from manufacturer. 

The REFUND will be made upon the receipt of the products to our store and due expertise of its condition. The REFUND will be made to the original method of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days from the date of receipt of your product in ours store depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
