ProDanceShop in Japan: A Visit to the Factory of the Legendary Brand Chacott
The ProDanceShop team is excited to share the highlights of our recent trip to Japan, where we had the incredible opportunity to visit the factory of the world-renowned brand Chacott, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
Over the course of two eventful days, we closely collaborated with the Chacott team, immersed ourselves in their production processes, and witnessed firsthand how the high-quality products — so beloved by our customers — are brought to life. We observed every stage of the order process, from formation to final assembly, all carried out with traditional Japanese precision and attention to detail.
During the visit, we discussed potential logistics improvements, exchanged ideas on expanding the product range, and even had the rare opportunity to witness the unique process of crafting pointe shoes — a breathtaking experience that’s hard to put into words!
